Crazy but not surprising. Nintendo is up there with the worst (in my opinion the worst) when it comes to re-releases and pricing. Then again, these days every company is the worst  

This is why I do my challenges. New games are pretty much a birthday and Christmas thing now. 

I did read about that but wasn't sure if it was true or not. Crazy if it is. 

Not forgetting re-releasing Breath of the Wild at an increased price, and not including it's DLC (game is 8 years old) Usually by now, console prices are coming down in price.  Not going up....... The PS5 digital edition is practically the same price (near enough) as the disc edition PS5 was at launch now.  Coupled with an increase in PS+ in some areas, this really is becoming a niche market.  I did read on a Reddit post that Sony may want to consider re-branding the PS5 Pro into the PS6 going forward if prices just keep going up. On one side now, it's making the Switch 2 look better.

Considering how things are playing out, I feel Sony will do the same as well.   I'm still working through PS4 games and will probably be doing so for quite a well yet.
